Shipping and Shipping Rates

Currently Wine Odyssey uses Australia Post to deliver to all States and Territories. Australia Post is committed to providing Wine Odyssey with a high-quality wine delivery service.

Delivery Areas:

Wine Odyssey can deliver wine to anywhere in Australia, except for areas that are classified by the Australian Government as dry zones or Australian Islands that are classified as being in International waters. If you are unsure whether we can deliver to the area that you live in, please contact Customer Service on 1300 136 498. Please note that all Australia Post deliveries to rural areas will be left at the local Post Office.

Delivery Address:

Please note that for ease of delivery and tracking of your wine, we prefer that where possible you provide a Business Delivery Address. Your wine can then be delivered during normal business hours and signed for upon receipt. We can deliver to Post Office Boxes.

Occasionally Australia Post may leave your wine at the local Post Office as they have been unable to deliver to your specified delivery address. In this instance Australia Post will leave a Calling Card for you, advising the location of your wine. If Australia Post does not hear from you within 7 days of leaving a Calling Card, they will contact Wine Odyssey to clarify further action. Please note - legally wine cannot be delivered to persons under the age of 18.

Delivery Charges:

Devlivery charges are based on the number of bottles you order and the delivery area.  For more detailed freight charges by postcode please click here.  All prices include GST.

Delivery Times:

General delivery turnaround times are only a couple of days for major metro areas.  However, please allow up to 5 working days for delivery. In outlying areas, delivery will be may take a little longer. Wine Odyssey do not however guarantee any specific delivery date.

Tracking Your Delivery:

To track the status of your deliver, please click here to use the Australia Post eParcel Tracking Service.  Enter your shipping tracking number found in the email that was sent to you when you were notified that your order has been shipped.

Undeliverable Wines:

Australia Post will advise Wine Odyssey if they are unable to deliver a particular order. We will then attempt to contact you to arrange re-delivery.
